BBC Says Al Qaeda Didn't Exist Before 9/11

What makes this credible is the news piece from ABC news years ago when Pakistani citizens were telling Chris Cuomo that Al Qaeda didn't exist.

Does this mean 9/11 was an inside job? I think so but I wouldn't make a bet on it. Instead, I would say that it is clear that there is a lot going on here.
