This is probably the easiest way I can come up with explaining how government works today and how it SHOULD WORK.
God created People
People were granted rights by God
People created government to maintain laws of morality and to protect the people (consider if you lived on an island, you would need someone to oversee and enforce the laws and to guard the island)
People granted limited rights to government
Government (composed of People) saw themselves as more important than the People
Government schemes to remove God
Government convinces People that God doesn't exist, that Government gives People their rights, not God
After Government convinces People that they give them their rights, Government begins to take away the rights
How it SHOULD work:
God rules people
people rule government
government SERVES
Remember, they were originally called PUBLIC SERVANTS....
Today, they rule as Masters!
It should not be this way!
I have it on authority that Obama was recently in the Philippines to have lunch with President Arroyo. Their meal was $35,000. Guess who would pay for it? Most people would say government... BUT WHO PAYS THE GOVERNMENT?
In this case, poor impoverished filipinos.
Remember, we should rule over government, it is there to SERVE us.
One word-
CRIMINAL.
Ask yourself: Do you hear many Republicans or Democrats trying to save you money, trying to give you more freedom, trying to serve you?
NO!
