Background: The mothman was a gargoyle-like, winged being that terrorized the town of Point Pleasant, VA, culminating in the collapse of the Silver Bridge, which left 46 dead. However, the mothman of Point Pleasant is not unique to sightings all over the world, whether they be called Aswang, Owlmen, etc. Are these the fallen angels of the Scriptures? In Point Pleasant, there was known satan worship going on before the appearance of the Mothman.
