1. On your iPhone (using 3G or wifi) or iPod Touch (wifi only): open the Apple App Store (can also be added on the Mac/PC side and transfered via an iTunes sync)
2. Select Categories > News > Top Free > Look for Free RSS Reader and install
3. Once installed, launch the RSS reader.
